Who Youll Work With
The All Bank Delivery Office has been established to drive and govern Scotiabanks key strategic programs and initiatives – which by nature are highly complex and dynamic – through proper project best practices. Its primary objectives are strategic forecasting, increasing project management competencies and project delivery which includes the effective use of common project management methodologies, tools, templates, education and training. Our work is focused on leadership, problem solving and driving results.
What Youll Do
As Senior Manager, Project Management for the All Bank Delivery Office, youll work closely with Scotiabank’s internal teams, providing leadership and executional capabilities to ensure business units are able to deliver and sustain the full benefits of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. Right from the start of a project, you will be on the ground ensuring that successful project outcomes are a priority. While engaging internal stakeholders, your role is to lead, oversee and ensure effective project delivery and sustainable project benefits.

Experience / Education
5+ years of experience in business or consulting roles, with a proven record of achievement and impact
3+ years of demonstrated project management experience, leading large scale and complex transformations
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with excellent academic record
Completion of MBA is a strong asset
PMP, Process Improvement, Change Management and Agile certifications are considered assets
Leadership in a professional setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Multitasking and managing priorities and expectations
Entrepreneurial drive, critical thinking and excellent judgement skills
Leading training/presentations to diverse audiences
Working collaboratively in a team environment
Communicating complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
Business acumen and strong analytical skills
Flexibility to work across multiple sites, depending on engagement location
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and technology is an asset
Spanish not required but is considered an asset
This is a temporary full time role for 15 months
