Job Description
The position requires someone who is well versed in incident response and management along with Integration technical skills, is able to see the big picture, communicate well and be customer and success-driven. Working on a fast-paced high visibility project, the candidate will be required to respond rapidly to issues, triage and follow issues resolution through to conclusion.
Job Requirements
- 7 -10 years of experience in Integration with strong problem management skills
- Good working knowledge of software AG WebMethods development and administration.
- Knowledge of Google Pub/Sub, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and DataStax
- Demonstrated experience with incident response and management.
- Working experience in Service Now , ALM tool and Splunk
- Knowledge on API Gateway & Security, SOAP and REST APIs
- Exposure in AWS and/or other Cloud Applications
- Integration experience with SAP, with exposure to SAP integrations
- Familiarity with SDLC and Integration projects.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams across geographies
- Ability to lead and motivate team members to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
