Qualifications
- Should have atleast 10 year of experience in SAP HCM and Workday integration
- Experience with at least 1 full life cycle Workday integration with SAP
- Has Good Knowledge of SAP HCM – PA/OM/Payroll modules
- Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
- Coordinate requirements and testing with multiple groups
- Workday data conversion experience: Mapping/pulling data from Workday for loading into SAP system
- Deep understanding of Workday’s data flow, business processes including configuration on SAP Personal Administration , Organization Management ,Time and Absence, Payroll
- Coordinate requirements and testing with multiple groups
- Involve in Requirement gathering , documentation , Lead and facilitate session
