Talent Portal is found by Cheng Lin in 2017, Oct. Cheng is an Ontario register professional engineer. Prior to founding Talent Portal, Cheng work in the area of utility, health care and telecommunication corporation. In the capacity of engineer, business analyst and project manager. He is also the founder of multiple IT consulting firms, which focus in the area of cloud utility billing, energy management and corporation data management. Cheng was also the VP of Business Development of Canadian Chinese Professional Accoutantant Association and the VP of Communication of Canadian Chinese Finance Association for many years. Currently, he is the Board of Director of Chinese Project Management Professionals Association of Canada. Cheng has a wide range of working experience and knowledge in the area of technology, engineering, accounting, finance, project management and analyst. The vision of Talent Portal is to become the professional community where professionals can meet, network and grow with other talents.
