- 14 years of overall IT experience in application implementation and support
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience as a PM in leading 2+ utility projects (electric, gas, etc)
- Experience in managing teams across multiple location / geography
- Experience in project management tool (eg MPP,etc)
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Professional certification such as PMP will be preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
