Responsibilities
- Plan and design the structure of technology systems, discuss these with the client
- Communicate system requirements to software designers and developers; explain system structure to them and provide, assistance throughout the process.
- Help resolve technical problems as and when they arise
- Carry out testing procedures to ensure systems are running smoothly
- Produce progress reports
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Integration/Middleware Solutions, API Management in building solutions and designing
- At least 2 years of experience in leading API Development and Strategy
- Extensive project experience with designing and implementing APIs using Apigee Edge\APIGEE\APIGEE X
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing API Security and Access Control (OAuth/SAML, Web SSO, SSL etc.)
- Knowledge of API best practices, performance tuning and Three-legged OAuth processing
- Session Management, OpenID/OICD and Federation
- API Analytics – generation of custom reports and integration with external tools like Splunk
- Developer portal setup and customization
- Knowledge of build and deployment methodologies with Apigee across environments
- Experience in API Administration
- Strong knowledge of Apigee component architecture and implementation configurations
- Experience setting up Apigee Edge environments and configuring various components
- High availability, load balancing and failover configurations with Apigee
- API Support
- Good experience in supporting the Apigee environments and APIs across environments
- Knowledge of health checks and monitoring procedures for Apigee components & APIs
- Analysis of Apigee logs to identify and resolve issues
