As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing departmental and Sales reports and processes in order to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. You will also support the Supervisor, Commissions and Sales Performance with identifying and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Track and analyze BSD headcount, calculate turnover, and identify trends
Support Supervisor with preparing the budget for headcount
Analyze and interpret reports and processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement
Work on, and assist with the implementation of ad hoc projects
Assist with additional departmental tasks as required, including writing RFPs
To Succeed, You Will Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field; MBA is preferred
1-3 years of related work experience
Exceptional ability to analyze data and reports and identify trends
Advanced computer and technical skills to use vlookups, pivot tables and advanced formulas in Excel
Refined time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work with tight budget deadlines
Intermediate project and process management skills to work with team on executing projects and new processes
Experience with SalesForce is considered an asset
French is considered an asset
