We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Toronto. You will be responsible for delivering customer on-boarding and technical support to our users worldwide.
As a Sync expert, it will be your mission to work hand-in-hand with our customers to ensure an outstanding experience.
What you’ll do: Provide stellar customer support and technical issue resolution primarily via email.Reel in potential customers with friendly and informative responses to general sales and on-boarding questions.Get to know every detail of Sync by replicating user scenarios to identify your customer’s issue and better guide them to a resolution.Become a mad scientist – sort of… Perform app tests on various platforms and document the results to share with the team and customers.Tailor ongoing support to help customers get the most out of Sync
Requirements: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to explain technical concepts in a non-technical way and meet customers at their level of technical knowledge – Basically we want you to be a technical support unicorn!Can you think on your feet? Good, you’ll fit right in. Technical Skills: Knowledgeable of cloud services such as Sync.com, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive.In-depth experience using Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android platformsTech savvy and comfortable working with various platforms and testing third-party software
