PiinPoint is a Y Combinator backed startup building the next generation location analytics software. As a Full Stack Developer at PiinPoint, you will specialize in building an elegant web application that turns the complex process of geospatial mapping into an easy-to-use software focused on helping retailers find their next store location, and enabling them to monitor the performance of their current ones.
You will be involved with all parts of the product lifecycle: brainstorming, design, planning, execution, and shipping. You’ll tackle difficult problems in product design and the field of geospatial analysis and will be a large part in creating a web application that will be used by some of the largest retailers and real estate brokerages in North America.

What you’ll be working on
Design and implement new user-facing features in PiinPoint’s products
Build the libraries and frameworks that support our large and complex location analytics software
Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale
Write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, and develop prototypes quickly
Write server-side code for scalable complex analysis, and data manipulation
What we’re looking for in you
Development experience in a Python web framework
Experience building and maintaining scalable databases
Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Experience with Leaflet or Google Maps API
