Salary: ~ $32,500 depending on experience and skills
Job Qualification:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French an asset
– Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
– 2 years of Canadian work experience (FT or PT)
– Experienced in cost allocation
– Prior experience in participating in quarterly and year-end FS preparation
– Must be able to work in a team environment
Job Responsibilities:
– Participate in vendor management and invoice validation (AP)
– Maintain inventory control records with QA manager
– Shipping of products domestically/internationally
– Process Accounts Payables and Receivables invoices
– Process cheque payments, create bank drafts, wire transfers, and professional documents for executive sign-off
– maintain general ledger postings, outstanding payables, and receivables reports
– Reconcile company credit card
– Complete end of month closing procedures
– Prepare/make bank deposits
– Aid CFO, CEO and auditors with quarterly reporting and preparing financial statements
– Clerical duties including filing, faxing, scanning, copying documents, processing incoming mail, answering and making phone calls
