NYX Capital Corp. Overview
NYX Capital Corp. is a private equity real estate investment firm with extensive industry relationships. Based in Toronto, we invest in high‐quality commercial, residential, industrial, and self storage development projects throughout Canada. We focus on opportunities which are too large for individuals to personally execute, but below the traditional thresholds institutional investors pursue. Operating between these areas, NYX is able to expand their investment offerings to allow high net worth individuals and institutional grade investors to participate in larger commercial transactions typically unavailable to them. We add value through redevelopment, repositioning, and professional asset management. This allows NYX to minimize competition while delivering compelling risk‐adjusted returns to investors.
