Job Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close including posting of month-end journal entries and updating of
working papers such as fixed assets, prepaids, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
reconciling bank accounts
Prepare monthly financial statements directly to senior management and headquarter on a
tight timely basis
Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and risk analysis reports to regulatory
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Prepare and file of government regulatory reports and remittances as required
Assisting in the audit process by preparing working papers and related analysis
Keep general ledgers and financial statements
Bi-weekly payroll
Identifying opportunities to improve operating quality and efficiency
Take on additional projects and day-to-day responsibilities as required
Education and Experience:
3 years of progressively responsible accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA designation is an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be able to fluently speak and write in English and Mandarin
Advanced experience with Microsoft office programs, including Excel, Word and
Outlook
Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks
Must be well organized, have good time management and multi-tasking,
detailed/accurate, strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills with a
willingness to learn and take initiative
