Marketing Coordinator

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Support with executing retail marketing plans to meet and exceed business goals for Miniso Canada

  • Update the retail marketing calendar with brand, partner and retail events

  • Coordinate product pipeline updates

  • Ensure the Miniso Canada brand is consistent at retail and aligns to the overall brand vision

  • Collect results and feedback for all retail marketing metrics

  • Support promotion of Miniso Canada by partnering it with graphic designer / operations department to produce and print In-store promotional material

  • Communicate all promotional instructions to the stores

  • Support customer service system for retail and e-commerce

  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning by managing the budget and reporting the same to the department heads

  • Manage affiliate marketing

  • Other tasks as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or related field

  • 1-3 years professional experience

  • Background in retail is highly preferred

  • Experience in Amazon/Walmart seller platforms is highly preferred

  • Skilled in MS Office and Google Drive

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Exceptional grammar and written communication skills with a strong command of the English
