Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Support with executing retail marketing plans to meet and exceed business goals for Miniso Canada
Update the retail marketing calendar with brand, partner and retail events
Coordinate product pipeline updates
Ensure the Miniso Canada brand is consistent at retail and aligns to the overall brand vision
Collect results and feedback for all retail marketing metrics
Support promotion of Miniso Canada by partnering it with graphic designer / operations department to produce and print In-store promotional material
Communicate all promotional instructions to the stores
Support customer service system for retail and e-commerce
Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning by managing the budget and reporting the same to the department heads
Manage affiliate marketing
Other tasks as required.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or related field
1-3 years professional experience
Background in retail is highly preferred
Experience in Amazon/Walmart seller platforms is highly preferred
Skilled in MS Office and Google Drive
Detail oriented and organized
Strong sense of urgency, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional grammar and written communication skills with a strong command of the English
