Reporting to the Sales Manager of our Canada regional market, the successful appointee is expected to contribute sales & marketing support to our Canada Market and the USA Market.

Responsibilities

  • Support the distributors with their needs and request, evaluate them and resolve them
  • Provide marketing support to distributors in training, seminar, activities etc. execution and coordination
  • Handle enquiries and requests from distributors promptly and professionally
  • Develop positive relationship with distributors
  • Responsible for inventory management, and handle order processing and logistics to maintain high level daily operation
  • Work closely with related functions and coordinate with Infinitus Overseas HQ and local level on various issues
  • Travel within Canada (mainly between Vancouver) and to the USA
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as requested

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, account servicing or as a coordinator role
  • Able to build up relationship with different parties in a short time and strong client facing skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (preferably Mandarin)
  • Business travel is expected**

  • Salary: CA$40,000 to $55,000 / year, depend on experience and credential
