- This role is based in our Toronto Headquarters.
- This role will execute marketing initiatives for both MINISO Canada and MINISO USA.
- Responsible for all paid ad (Facebook, Instagram, and Google) creation, supervision, and evaluation across all sales channels (Retail, Franchise, Wholesale, E-Commerce, and Social Media).
- Manage all affiliate marketing platforms including daily engagement and performance growth.
- Acquire new affiliate marketing partnerships and actively seek opportunities to enhance brand exposure.
- Leverage affiliate partner-sponsored marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the completion of all design assets required by your marketing initiatives.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks upon request.
- 1 year of experience managing paid ads and affiliate marketing for a similar lifestyle retail brand.
- Proficiency with the following paid ad platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Proficiency with the affiliate marketing platform, Rakuten Advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Able to self-manage and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Has experience managing an in-house brand affiliate program.
- Has basic design skills including familiarity with platforms such as Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
