As a member of Global Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our existing and upcoming AEM implementations. We are looking for individuals with an ability to discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options and make recommendations.In the role as a AEM QA Lead / Manager, you will be managing a team who design, write, document, and execute test plans and scripts for all stages of the web product development lifecycle, following company defined processes and methods.In this role you will….

 Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
 Manage a team of quality assurance specialists (Front End / AEM) to help our client ensure that only the highest quality websites, applications and tools are released.  
 Manage a team who design, write, document, and execute test plans and scripts for all stages of the web product development lifecycle, following company defined processes and methods.
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team on QA’s best practices
  Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  5+ years QA lead experience with web-based applications
 3+ years experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
 Team orientation and sparkling interpersonal skills
 Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
 Experience in writing test cases and preparing test plans.
 Able to understand and develop automated test scripts; Bonus experience with an automated test tool.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
