Candidate Value Proposition:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various high profile projects, BAU and technical initiatives for the FCRMT Data Development Team.Job Responsibilities: Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Supports one or more highly complex business processes Works on multiple projects as a project team member Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needsJob Requirements:1) BSA and Data Analysis 5+ years of experience2) Experience with relational databases and SQL queries 5+ years of hands on experience3) Experience with documenting data mappings from source to target 3+ years of hands on experience4) Strong communication skills written & verbal (will be working closely with Business & Developers)
5) Strong leadership and must be organizedNice to Have:- FI/Banking experience- Knowledge of Hadoop and Google Cloud services- Agile and DevOps team experience- AML experienceDegrees or certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
