About the role
As a member of Global Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our existing and upcoming AEM implementations. We are looking for individuals with an ability to discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options and make recommendations.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

•     Build and maintain applications using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including: designing and developing site architecture, custom components, custom workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM)  customization, object model designs (Java APIs), implementation strategy, and unit testing
•     Handle responsive design, accessibility and mobile requirements, leveraging best practices and modern frameworks
•     Resolve functional and technical issues relating to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
•     Create technical documentation as part of client deliverables
•     Setup and maintain administration activities such as workflows, publishing permissions, roles, templates and components
•     Apply defined application standards, governance and secure coding practices
•     Create an environment where your team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls
•     Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with our risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits, and communicate it throughout the team
 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

•    3-4 years of working experience in front end technologies
•    Hands-on prior experience as a Developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.3+ is a must have
•    Experience in development and troubleshooting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites and applications
•    Ability to script activities that are repeatable across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments
•    Experience working in Agile team is a must
•    Expertise in React.js is a must have
•    Expertise in Git, Jira, Sling, OSGi, Apache, Maven, Java/J2EE
•    Familiarity with dispatcher configurations
•    AEM certification is a plus
•    Experience in upgrading AEM to the latest version is an asset
